1. Management didn't know we booked even though I booked days in advance through Booking.com 2. Reception demanded full payment & to hold passports or leave the hotel at 0130 arrival. Disgraceful. 3. First room was filthy dirty. Dirty bed linen, pillow, hairs, & bugs (tick) on bed. This is why I never prepay a hotel. 4. Second room was slightly cleaner. But given no key, no towels, facilities are very poor. AC doesn't work correctly. Dangerous electrical wiring is exposed in room. I will never ever come back to this hotel. No tourist or Indian should ever stay here until BIG improvements are made.

Not satisfactory, we had booked 2 rooms both uncleaned and with bedbugs whole night didn't slept b'coz of the bedbugs. Bathroom very bad and smelly had very bad experience.. never recommend to any of them.

The location was prime and hence transportation was easier. The staff was very humble and quick. The room was nice. We did not face any issue. Overall it was a good and satisfactory stay ! Good food..

Stayed for couple for a business trip, since it was within the companies budget, however lot of things need to be taken care of, all the rooms (saw at least 3-4 before taking the one I stayed in) need a thorough professional clean up, many of the things in the room needs to be made ok,also has no restaurant, paint and the musty smell needs to be taken care of, mosquito repellent should be available mandatory as Vapi has lot of mosquitoes

It has everything one needs. Looking at it you realize that it had it's better days but they failed to maintain it. Good for a night halt. It does not have a restaurant but you can order snacks. Overall a decent hotel.
